Important Points
- Almost all Countries need Passports to be valid for minimum 6 months & few of them for minimum 9 Months from the date of entry into there Country. So please check expiry date of your Passports and its highly recomended that you get it renewed around 10 to 12 months before its expiry
- All Countries who Stamp Visa on Passport or give on Arrival Visa need at least 2 Blank Pages on Passport and few countries Back to Back Blank Pages to enable them to Stamp the Visa. Please check your Passports if you have available pages and if not then please get it renewed
- Handwritten and Passports issued for 20 years are no longer valid and such Passports have to be renewed immediately
- Any water spillage or Torn Pages or any Damage to external or internal parts of Passports will result in Passports not being accepted for Visa or during Immigration and hence its recomended that we renew the Passport
- Even after providing all the documents, Consulate may ask for additional documents as per there requirements & assessment
- Passports should have at least 2 to 4 Blank Pages & in few cases Back to Back Blank Pages for Visa Stampings or for On Arrival Visa
- There should not be any Heena (Mahendi) on Hands if you are going for Bio Metric (UK, Schengen or USA)
- Visa approval & rejection is not in our hands. We can just help you in arranging the documents & getting it deposited as per prescribed format. Consulate is the final authority to decide on Granting you the Visa
- All Countries take different time to Process Visa and hence it is recommended to check with us the time taken for Processing of Visa along with Documentation

Day 1 : Arrival Hanoi Vietnam
Today you’ll land in Hanoi. Warmly welcome by Tour Guide & Car Driver at airport then transfer to Hanoi Downtown, a city of lakes, shaded boulevards, public parks, and the capital of Vietnam. Check into your hotel.

Day 2 : Hanoi Sightseeing Full Day
After breakfast, meet your guide at your hotel and depart on tour to visit Hanoi with the following highlights:
The Temple of Literature, Vietnam’s first university. Constructed in 1070, the gardens and well-preserved architecture offer a relaxing glimpse into Vietnam’s past.
Have a 20 minute drive out of town to visit the serene Museum of Ethnology where you observe Vietnam\'s diverse culture through the Museum’s unique presentation of artefacts and dress used in daily life. (Museum of Ethnology is closed on Mondays).
The Buddhist Tran Quoc Pagoda, the oldest of all pagodas in Hanoi - located beside the dazzling West Lake. Continuing to visit Quan Thanh Temple, with its spacious and charming landscape helps highlight the ancient and romantic beauty of this area. Quan Thanh Temple is dedicated to Saint Huyen Thien Tran Vu who guarded and administered the north of the country.
Drive back to central Hanoi for a walking tour through the Old Quarter to enjoy the bustling local life. This bustling area of narrow streets and alleys is home to literally thousands of small businesses and shopkeepers. It\'s a great place to explore with plenty of photo opportunities all around you.

Day 3 : Hanoi – Mai Chau Biking Tour
Departing Hanoi, you will embark on a scenic 3.5 hour journey to Mai Chau, travelling over the Cun Pass with its glorious panorama of lush valleys and mountains. The region is home to White Thai, H\'mong, Zao, Muong, Tay and Hoa ethnic minorities who live in charming stilt homes.
On arrival at the village, check in hotel.
2:30 PM: departing from Mai Chau Ecolodge to Cha village 3:00 PM: stopping over at Nhót Village, dropping in on a Thai family, be welcomed by the friendly local people, talk with them and discover their traditional culture and stilt house. Enjoying local fruit and tea, try weaving, embroidering, pounding rice, and how to make “Happy Water” 4:00 PM: saying goodbye to the friendly host and continue our cycling trip to exploring Mai Chau beautiful ethnic villages including Chi?ng S?i , Cha long, V?n, Pom C?ong , Lác Village... During this unique experience, you get a closer look at daily life through Thai ethnic’s culture. 5:00 PM: returning back to Mai Chau Ecolodge.

Day 5 : Hanoi – Halong
Note: Transfer Hanoi – Halong Bay – Hanoi by cruise shutlle bus
Your morning departure from your hotel in Hanoi to Halong Bay takes you on a journey through the rich farmlands of the Red River Delta. Observe everyday life of Vietnamese Villages as you see the villagers work the local rice fields, take live pigs to market on bicycles and plough the fields with their large water buffaloes.
Arrive in Halong and board a traditional sailing junk. As the vessel sets sails, you will be greeted by the Crew Team who will aim throughout your stay at providing you with the highest standards of service for a pure pleasure and utmost comfort onboard. Discover some of the treasures disseminated across the Bay of the Descending Dragon during the afternoon: fascinating caves, pristine beaches, picturesque floating villages, fantastic rock formations rising up out of emerald water. While onboard, you can take advantage at leisure of the cruise services; surrounded by a stunning setting in motion, you could attend our chef\'s cooking demonstration and try your skills in the art of traditional Vietnamese cooking.
Defined to be one of the highlights of your stay, a highly refined, innovative and varied cuisine will be presented for Lunch and Dinner in the elegant dining-room, accompanied by a wide selection of wines and beverages (with extra charge applied) for drink).

Day 6 : Halong – Hanoi
Early birds can attend a Tai Chi demonstration on the sundeck at the break of dawn. Start the day enjoying some delights with a light breakfast and follow by a colorful brunch.. Continue exploring Halong Bay sailing across its 2000 islets and visiting some of its major highlights.
Transfer back to Hanoi.

Free at leisure until your private vehicle & guide will meet you at the hotel and transfer you to Tan Son Nhat airport for departure flight.
