Day 1 : Arrival Njp Railway Station / (IXB) Bagdogra Airport - Gangtok

On arrival at New Jalpaiguri Railway Station / (IXB) Bagdogra Airport, (413 Feet / 126 Metres ) will be met by our office Executive who will assist you to board your vehicle to Gangtok (5412 Feet / 1650 Meters 130 Kilometres / 04 to 05 Hours). Check in and over night at Hotel.

Day 2 : Gangtok - Tshangu Lake and Baba Mandir Excursion

After breakfast, in the morning, start for excursion to Tshangu Lake (12400 Feet, 3780 Metres, 43 Kilometres in 3Hours one way from Gangtok) and Baba Mandir (13100 Feet, 3994 Metres , 16 Kilometres in 1 Hours one way from Tshangu Lake. Situated at a height of 12400 Feet, 3780 Metres, 43 Kilometres in 3 Hours one way, with an average depth of 50 feet. The cool water of the Lake is perfectly attuned with the scenic beauty around. Back to Gangtok and Overnight at Hotel. (Incase of Landslide or due to any other reasons if Tshangu Lake is closed then an alternate sightseeing will be provided).

OPTIONAL NATHULA
One can opt for Nathula Excursion by paying a supplement cost which varies from month to month. Organising the permit at the last moment is not possible and a clear window of 72 Hours with proper documents is required to process the permit. Nathula permit gets confirmed a day prior OR on the day of journey (depending on the working of the permit issuing office) and it is subjected to permit availability as it is allotted as per turn. At times the demend for Nathula permit goes to 700 vehicle where as the permit issued is only 60 for civil and 40 for government.

Nathula is closed on Monday and Tuesday for tourist.

Nathula can be guaranteed if you have contacts in the army or if you are governtment employee. kindly use your soures so that the permit coluld be procured. THE modus operandi for this would be that you would be requaing the car number and driver licence a day prior to the journey date. Incase you take the number and driver detailes in Advance and god Forbid Due to whatsover reason if the driver and the vehical any one of two is not able to report then your whole exercise of getting the permit done gets futile. while coordinating this with the army or other source, please requst the source to do both the army and the torisum permission, this saves a lot of time.

Worse to Worse if all above goes in vain please do not Get Disheartened as you will only miss 4 Kilometers Drive as the visit to thangu lake and Baba mandir takes you into the area where nathula is Located.

Nathula(14140 Feet, 4310 Meter , 20 Kilometre in 1 Hours one way from Tshangu Lake) Baba Mandir (13100 Feet, 3994 Metre , 16 Kilometer in 1 Hours one way from Tshangu Lake) is an Indo China border, controlled by the Indian Army and is situated approx 20 Kilometres ahead of Tshangu Lake at an height of 14140 Feet, 4310. The journey to Nathula and Baba Mandir is same up to 16 Kilometre . At this point the right arm of the V which is 4 Kilometres takes one to Baba Mandir and left arm of the V which is 4 Kilometres takes one to Nathula.

NRI, OCI, PIO Card holder and Foreign National are not allowed to visit Baba Mandir and Nathula Pass. They are allowed to visit till Tshangu Lake, with a valid permit. They also have to be 02 and above is number to visit Tshangu Lake. For getting the valid permit these guAest will have to bring with them their valid passport and visa or OCI-PIO Card. They will also be required to bring along with them 08 passport size photograph for processing their permits into Sikkim, Tshangu lake, Lachen and Lachung. There will be an additional cost for processing the permit and making the tour applicable. Kindly write to us for additional cost.

• For Indian Passport Holders to process the permit we would require the following:
• 03 passport size photograph of each member traveling whether Adult or Children with their name, age and gender written behind each photograph.
• Photo Copy of Photo ID proof of each member traveling whether Adult or Children. Original to be brought with self.
• A list mentioning the Name Age and Gender of all traveler family wise.
• In case of Child traveling below 18 Years or couple traveling where there is no ID proof of wife, there has to be a written declaration given from the parents / husband.
• Required valid ID proof with photo and address except PAN Card.

For Tshangu Lake and Nathula Pass there is no refund, after the permit is confirmed by Sikkim tourism, due to whatsoever reason (Land slide, Heavy rain fall, VIP Movement, Health issue etc).

Day 3 : Gangtok - Lachung

Pick from Gangtok Hotel and transfer to Lachung (8000 Feet / 2439 Metres , 124 Kilometres / 05 ^1/2 to 06 ^1/2 Hours). On the way visit Tashi view point, Seven sisters water fall ((Subjected the vehicle take the normal route. This sightseeing points are included on complimentary basis & in case of diversions these points will be missed. There will be no refund in such case)). Overnight at Hotel.

NRI, OCI, PIO Card holder & Foreign National will be allowed to visit Lachung, Yumthang & Yumesamdong, with a valid permit. They also have to be 02 & above is number. For Getting the valid permit these guest will have to bring with them their valid passport & visa / OCI / PIO Card. They will also be required to bring along with them 08 passport size photograph for processing their permits into Sikkim, Tshangu lake, Lachen & Lachung. Day 4 : Lachung - Yumthang Excusrion

Early morning proceed on a half day excursion to Yumthang Valley (11800 Feet / 3598 Metres / 25 Kilometres / 1 1/2 hours one way). Visit to Yumthang Valley is a day excursion from Lachung, which is an attraction for tourist visiting this region. The colorful Singba Rhododendron Sanctuary bloom between April to June. The soaring snow-capped peaks and herds of wandering yaks make this a Himalayan paradise The valley is also known for its Hot spring. Although the water is quite dirty, many locals from the area visit to get themselves soaked & cured as believed. Overnight at Hotel.

Optional Yumesamdong known as (Zero point)(15300 Feet / 4665 Metres , 24 Kilometres / 1.5 to 2 Hours from Yumthang one way)

Yumesamdong excursion can be availed by paying a supplement cost of INR 3000.00 per vehicle. Yumesamdong located beyond Yumthang. The journey from Yumthang trudges up through the rugged mountain road. The aroma of sweet fragrance of Ezilia permeates the air. Ezilia is a plant used by the inhabitant to manufacture incense sticks.

Day 5 : Lachung - Gangntok

After breakfast transfer to Gangtok (5412 Feet / 1650 Metres, 124 Kilometres / 05 ^1/2 to 06 ^1/2 Hours). Overnight at Hotel.

Day 6 : Gangtok - Njp Railway / IXB Airport

After breakfast proceed to NewJalpaiguri Railway Station / IXB Airport (413 Feet / 126 Meter, 130 Kilometer / 04 to 05 Hours) for your onward connection
