Tourist VISA Requirement

1. Passport: Original Passport with the validity for at least 6 months upon arrival in Turkey and have 2 full blank pages for visa stamping.
Please Note: Attach 2 photo copies of Passport first and last page along with all old passports (if any).

2. Turkey Visa Application Form: Visa application form has to be filled online Post filling the form, uploading documents the printout of the same has to be taken and shall be submitted at the Embassy/Consulate along with the other required documents on the schedule appointment date. Form must be duly signed by the applicant.
Note: Online form filling to be done only in CAPS(Capital Letters)

3. Photo Specification: Two recent passport size photographs with matt or semi matt finish, 80% face coverage, white background and without border (Size: 2.5 inches x 2.5 inches ).
Please note: Photograph should not be more than 3 months old, scanned/stapled and should not be used in any of the previous visas.

4. Covering Letter : Covering-Letter from applicant stating his name, designation, passport number and purpose & duration of visit in brief. The letter should be duly signed by the applicant with his contact details and addressed to \"Consulate General of the Republic of Turkey, Mumbai\".
Please Note:
a) Covering-Letter on Letterhead if applicant is Self Employed or on plain paper if Employed.
b) Covering Letter in personal business letter head (if self-employed) with authorized signatory, name and designation with company seal. If Covering Letter is on business letterhead please also provide copy of company registration certificate originally attested by the Mantralaya or MEA.

5. Financials:
Employed - Last 3 months SALARY ACCOUNT bank statement with original stamp and sign with sufficient funds(1 Lac per person) & Last 3 months salary slip with seal and signature.
Self Employed - Last 3 months bank statement with original stamp and sign with sufficient funds(1 Lac per person).
Note - If the applicant has his own business/partner/proprietor/director, please provide incorporation certificate/memorandum of association/partnership deed/proprietorship proof with applicant’s name mentioned on it.

6. Proof of Occupation:
a) Self Employed: Registration certificate of the company (with notary and mantralaya) or partnership deed
b) Employed: Original Leave sanction letter from company & to be duly signed by the authorized signatory with his name, designation & companys stamp.

Please Note : Notary and Mantralaya has to be done from the State from where company registration is issued.

7. Airline Reservation: Ticket itinerary.

8. Insurance: Travel Insurance is mandatory requirement.The travel insurance should cover the following:-
a) Medical,Evacuation and repatriation expenses
b) Personal accidental death
c) Personal liability
d) Daily allowance in hospitalisation cases.
This plan should cover the insured for a minimum of Euro 30000.
Note: Applicants applying form Mumbai, Ahmedabad, Pune, Goa, Bangalore, Chennai, Cochin, Trivandrum and Pondicherry needs to have travel insurance dates ending 2 days after the date of departure mentioned in the flight ticket.

Note: Ticket should be 6 to 7 days ahead from the date of submission of application at the VFS center

9. Accommodation Proof: Hotel booking.
Please Note: If applicant is residing in different hotels during his stay, he has to provide Day-to-Day itinerary along with the hotel booking.

a) Minors need consent form if travelling alone or with one parent. The consent NOC must be on stamp paper with photos of parents and applicant and notarized.
b) Passports which are not issued in jurisdiction for applicants applying in Mumbai, Ahmedabad, Pune, Goa, Bangalore, Chennai, Cochin, Trivandrum, Pondicherry can be submitted with local address proof.
c) An applicant is eligible for E-Visa if he is holding a visa for UK, US or Schengen valid for the entire period of stay in Turkey.
d) Consulate may ask for any additional documents.

Day 1 : Fly / Istanbul

Arrive in Istanbul and transfer to your hotel.In the afternoon depart at about 13:00 for half day tour.
Bosphorus Cruise, the strait between Black Sea and Marmara Sea which seperates Istanbul into two continents. A beautiful cruise to see different aspects of Istanbul.Visit Egyptian Spice Market to see the atmosphere of an Ottoman shopping centre which still have several shops for spices.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation: 30 days or more before departure.
INR 10,000 will be charged as penalty on cancellation 30 days before departure.
Cancellation : 15 to 30 days before departure.50% of the package cost will be charged as penalty on cancellation between 15 to 30 days before departure
Cancellation : 15 days or less before departure.
100% of the package cost will be charged as penalty on cancellation 15 days before departure

Refund Policy

Refund against Amendment and Cancellation will be paid directly to the source through whom the Guest is booked
It would take at least 7 days to process such Refund. However, there is NO REFUND for any unutilised services. Example - meals, prepaid entrance fees, hotel, sightseeing, transportation (surface / air)
All refunds will be in respective Bank Accounts and No Cash refunds will be made irrespective of how the Payments were Received
