Important Points

Almost all Countries need Passports to be valid for minimum 6 months & few of them for minimum 9 Months from the date of entry into there Country. So please check expiry date of your Passports and its highly recomended that you get it renewed around 10 to 12 months before its expiry

Valid Passport - Applicant\\\'s passport: issued within the last 10 years, with expiry date exceeding the expiry date of the requested visa by a minimum of three months, and containing at least two empty pages (back to back).
No alteration or handwritten amendment concerning the data page.
Clear Photocopy of front and last page and used pages (Current passport and last 02 old passports)

Travel health insurance to cover the possible expenses related to repatriation, for health reasons, urgent medical assistance and/or urgent hospitalization, with the minimum coverage of EUR 30 000. The insurance must remain valid during the entire stay of the visitor in Croatia.

The applicant for a multiple-entry visa must have travel health-insurance policy that covers the period of the first visit to Croatia.

Proof of residence for nationals other than India: a photocopy of the stay permit;
Cover letter: explaining the purpose of the trip with itinerary detailed location(s) and duration of stay in Croatia
Means of transportation and intention to return to the country of residence: reservation of return travel ticket for airplane, bus, or boat; registration card and driver\\\'s license if travelling by car; if the person is travelling to a third country, then proof of itinerary (travel ticket, etc.).
Proof of the purpose of stay in Croatia:
certificate of a paid tourist package; booking of a hotel or other accommodation;
private accommodation booking (copy of the decision of the competent office in Croatia approving the renting)
day to day itinerary with ensured accommodation for the entire stay complete Croatian telephone contact and address for all accommodations
proof of ownership or lease of a boat/yacht etc.;
Kindly note that the applications for Croatian visa for tourist visit are processed as per actual plan of travel and stay. Any change in travel plan, cancellation / change of accommodations etc. after submission of application will lead to delay in processing of application. Similar changes after issuance of visa (if approved) for the Republic of Croatia might lead to revocation of visa.

Documents proving sufficient funds to support the stay in Croatia and to return to the state of residence or to travel to a third state.

Three years Income Tax returns (personal and company, as applicable), and Copy of international credit card with three months credit card statement and Endorsement on passport / receipt of purchase of foreign exchange

Proof of current social and professional status:

Service – Letter issued by the employer on company’s official letterhead establishing position of the employee in the company, years in service, grant of leave and salary certificate of the last three (3) months
Business/self-employed – Visa request letter on official letter head with company registration papers
Student – Letter from school / university for grant of leave and copy of the valid ID
For minors and persons deprived of legal capacity: visa application shall be submitted by a parent/legal representative, including:
birth certificate of the minor (if parents are legal guardians)
decision of the competent body designating the legal guardian
If a minor is traveling without a parent/legal guardian, (s)he must carry a notarized consent of a legal guardian that shall contain personal information of the parent/legal guardian and the purpose, the period and length of stay in Croatia, the period for which the consent is issued, and the signature of the parent/legal guardian.

Three months bank statements (savings and current a/c, as applicable) in Original – duly signed and stamped by authorized official of the respective bank.

Day 1 : Arrive Zagreb

Board flight for Zagreb, arrive Zagreb & proceed to hotel. Later take Zagreb city tour. You will see the fortified medieval Upper Town, St Mary\'s church with its multi-colored tile roof, the baroque Church of St. Catherine, The Cathedral of St Stephen and the Parliament with the Government Palace. In the lower city, stretching around the main square with statue of Ban Jelacic, you will see the 19th century National Theater, Museum of Arts and Crafts, the University and the beautiful Zrinjevac Park with numerous elaborate Secession (Art Nouveau) buildings.

Day 2 : Zagreb - Split (By Road)

Morning leave for Split by doing Lake Plitvice enroute. Plitvice Lakes count among Europe\'s most beautiful national parks. They are situated in the mountainous region of Lika. A total of 16 lakes lying at different altitudes are separated by travertine barriers and linked by foamy waterfalls and cascades. Their creation is a natural phenomenon. If you love nature and if you only take one trip in Croatia you must visit Plitvice, the memories will stay with you forever. Distance from Zagreb - Lake Plitvice is approx 130 KM & from Lake Plitvice is approx 242 Kms. Arrive Split, check in.

Day 3 : Split

Today Full Day Tour to Blue Cave & Hvar-5 Island Tour. Travel to small island of Bisevo and experience the hidden Blue cave. The Blue cave is one of the best known natural beauties on the Adriatic see. This is the best time of the day to see all magic playing between sun and this cave. After Blue cave, the next stop of this tour is nice fisherman\'s place, Komiza on the island of Vis. After a pleasant sightseeing in Komiza we will take you to Stiniva bay for sightseeing. Your next visit is at the Green cave, a big cave which is characteristic because of the sun light coming through a hole on the cave\'s top. Onward to swimming time on Budikovac Island or Smokova bay (guest chooses which location). After your experiences on Vis, continue on to Hvar island for a lunch break and sightseeing. Later ready to return back toward Split.

For Bookings between 2 Months to 1 Month: 50% of the total Package Cost
For Bookings within 1 Month till 15 Days before Departure: 100% of the total Package Cost

During Peak Season (Summer Holidays, Diwali & New Year) 50% of Total Package Cost will be required at the time of confirmation & Balance 1 Month prior to departure

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation: 21 days or more before departure
INR 10,000 will be charged as penalty on cancellation 21 days before departure
For bookings less than INR 20,000 per passenger, 25% of the package cost will be payable at the time of cancellation
Cancellation : 11 to 20 days before departure.50% of the package cost will be charged as penalty on cancellation between 11 to 20 days before departure
Cancellation : 10 days or less before departure
100% of the package cost will be charged as penalty on cancellation 10 days before departure
Cancellation Policy differs for some specific Hotels, which will be informed to you at the time of booking

Refund Policy

Refund against Amendment and Cancellation will be paid directly to the source through whom the Guest is booked
It would take at least 7 days to process such Refund. However, there is NO REFUND for any unutilised services. Example - meals, prepaid entrance fees, hotel, sightseeing, transportation (surface / air)
All refunds will be in respective Bank Accounts and No Cash refunds will be made irrespective of how the Payments were Received
