Important Points

Almost all Countries need Passports to be valid for minimum 6 months & few of them for minimum 9 Months from the date of entry into there Country. So please check expiry date of your Passports and its highly recomended that you get it renewed around 10 to 12 months before its expiry
All Countries who Stamp Visa on Passport or give on Arrival Visa need at least 2 Blank Pages on Passport and few countries Back to Back Blank Pages to enable them to Stamp the Visa. Please check your Passports if you have available pages and if not then please get it renewed
Handwritten and Passports issued for 20 years are no longer valid and such Passports have to be renewed immediately
Any water spillage or Torn Pages or any Damage to external or internal parts of Passports will result in Passports not being accepted for Visa or during Immigration and hence its recomended that we renew the Passport
Even after providing all the documents, Consulate may ask for additional documents as per there requirements & assessment

Day 2 : Warsaw - Krakow

Transfer to station to board train for Krakow, approximately 02 Hours 30 Minutes Journey. Arrive Krakow & transfer to hotel. Later explore and enjoy the beautiful Krakow by Segway. The tour starts with a 20-30 minute orientation session in front of our office on the big open square (not included in quoted tour time). You will have time to practice on the Segways so that everyone feels comfortable and ready to go out and glide through Krakow's sights. We'll give you a fantastic orientation of Krakow and fabulous views of the stunning Wawel castle area. You'll gain an insider perspective of Polish history and culture, learn about famous characters and hear interesting stories. You will glide from our office in the city centre to sites including Old Town Square, Jagiellonian University, Franciscan Church and Bishop's Palace and follow the path of Pope John Paul II. No tour of Krakow would be complete without a glimpse of the Wawel castle from the banks of the Vistula river and you'll also hear the legend of the Dragon who lives in the hill. He may even breathe fire just for you! You'll also get to explore the cobblestone streets of the bohemian Kazimierz and learn about Krakow's Jewish community. Overnight stay in Krakow.

Today Half day tour to Auschwitz Birkenau. Visit to the Auschwitz-Birkenau Memorial Museum on the site of the largest of the Nazi concentration camps. Auschwitz is one of the best-known concentration camps in the world; it is a place of genocide where approximately 1.5 million people were killed during WWII. The tour includes a visit to Auschwitz I - the administrative centre of Auschwitz death camp and Auschwitz II, designed and constructed as an extermination facility. The original roads, fences, watchtowers and railway ramps have been preserved. The buildings house the collection of original exhibits and documents. In 1979, the concentration camp was designated as one of the UNESCO's World Heritage Sites. After your guided tour of Auschwitz you will return to Krakow by coach. Day 7 : Zagreb

As we drive around the famous 'Ringstrasse', Vienna's main boulevard, we pass by the State Opera, the Museums of Fine Art and Natural History, the Parliament building, the Burgtheater (National Theatre), the City Hall and the University. We return to the city centre, passing by Belvedere Palace, where you will have the opportunity to end your tour, or you can choose to continue to the State Opera House. Transfer to station to board train for Prague, approximately 04 Hours journey. Evening take Cruise On The River Vltava. Today enjoy a day out to the picturesque medieval town of Cesky Krumlov. We would like to invite you to a town that seems lifted from a fairy tale. Cesky Krumlov (located about 170 km from Prague), which has been part of the UNESCO cultural and natural heritage since 1992, is situated in Southern Bohemia, nestled in beautiful countryside with scattered ponds and lovely views along the Vltava river. In the historical centre of the town there are over 300 historical houses and the second largest castle in the Czech Republic with magnificent baroque gardens. The castle used to be a seat of important and famous noble families - Rosenbergs, Eggenbergs and Schwarzenbergs. It is there you will see a unique theatre with a rotating auditorium. The oldest baroque theatre in the world is part of the castle as well. The historical city centre preser- ved its medieval atmosphere and picturesque narrow streets where you will find lovely little shops with handmade souvenirs. For Bookings within 1 Month till 15 Days before Departure: 100% of the total Package Cost

During Peak Season (Summer Holidays,Diwali & New Year) 50% of Total Package Cost will be required at the time of confirmation & Balance 1 Month prior to departure

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation: 21 days or more before departure
INR 10,000 will be charged as penalty on cancellation 21 days before departure
For bookings less than INR 20,000 per passenger, 25% of the package cost will be payable at the time of cancellation
Cancellation : 11 to 20 days before departure.50% of the package cost will be charged as penalty on cancellation between 11 to 20 days before departure
Cancellation : 10 days or less before departure
100% of the package cost will be charged as penalty on cancellation 10 days before departure

Refund Policy

Refund against Amendment and Cancellation will be paid directly to the source through whom the Guest is booked
It would take at least 7 days to process such Refund. However, there is NO REFUND for any unutilised services. Example - meals, prepaid entrance fees, hotel, sightseeing, transportation (surface / air)
All refunds will be in respective Bank Accounts and No Cash refunds will be made irrespective of how the Payments were Received
